Have you ever looked at the amount of charity and good that you release into the world and been unsatisfied with yourself? Once upon a time, Jon Vroman, would have considered himself in that camp. But today, as the co-founder of The Front Row Foundation, he helps those facing serious illnesses to fearlessly live the front row life. Join host Hal Elrod as he interviews John Vroman on how he managed to start the nations fastest growing charity from scratch.

As someone who faced a lot of self-doubt and self-image issues early in life, John is familiar with what it’s like to be a spectator in the game of life. Tune in to hear how he not only transformed his weaknesses into his strengths, but how he uses his experience to empower others to take charge and become participants (6:30).

Following a series of life-altering events, John realized that life is about experience, not things and he decided to jumpstart his idea of giving big and helping the less-fortunate live big. John Vroman shares his three biggest tips that have contributed the most to his success (22:30):

  1. Peer group selection
  2. Persistence
  3. Creating an empowering environment

By upgrading your circle of influence, refusing to give up in the face of adversity, and surrounding yourself with positivity, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible. In focusing on what he is able to do for others, John has taken a quantum leap in his life and added value to the lives of many in need.
