Let’s talk about coloring books. Yes, coloring books!

Coloring books are not only for kids, it’s ideal for adults too. The science behind them is incredible. People are using them for mindfulness and visualization.

Today’s guest is a friend of mine, Brianna Greenspan. Briana has to overcome the physical challenges of being born with a chronic invisible illness. She has been using the power of positive affirmation for the past 10 years. From back and neck braces, surgeries and numerous doctor visits to competing her first 10k, hiking Half Dome Yosemite National Park, Brianna is a living proof that the power of positive affirmation can really overcome anything that’s holding you back!

Brianna brought about the idea to incorporate the powerful affirmations from The Miracle Morning Book into a coloring book!

Each page is an affirmation that someone can color; the act of coloring helps your mind program the affirmation subconsciously. The coloring book has an adult section and a kids section so families can do this together!

In this episode, you will…

  • Get to know Brianna and hear her incredible story
  • Realize that obstacles should not hinder you in achieving your goals
  • Discover the power of affirmation through The Art of Affirmation Coloring Book
  • Find out about the benefits of coloring books
