Log in issues (password reset, username check)

If you need to reset your password for the Miracle Morning app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Miracle Morning app.
  2. Go to the login screen.
  3. Tap on “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password.”
  4. Enter the email linked to your account.
  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or ensure you’re using the correct email address.

Subscription & Payments

Request cancellation

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your subscription to The Miracle Morning app. We understand that our app might not be the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you trying it. Here are the steps to cancel your subscription on both Android and Apple devices:

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Subscriptions” from the menu.
  4. Find and tap on The Miracle Morning subscription.
  5. Tap on “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

For Apple Device:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap on “Subscriptions.”
  4. Select The Miracle Morning app from the list.
  5. Tap on “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Free Trial” and confirm your decision.

If you paid for the subscription on our website, please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open The Miracle Morning App.
  2. Tap on the Dashboard.
  3. Go to Settings by tapping the icon in the top right corner.
  4. You will see the option to cancel your subscription there.

Please note that uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to ensure that your subscription is canceled and that you are not charged in the future.

Stripe Cancellation

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App: Launch the app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings: Navigate to the settings menu.
  3. Select Manage Subscription: Tap on “Manage Subscription” to view and adjust your subscription details.

If you’re unable to manage your subscription through the app:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for a confirmation email from the Miracle Morning App.
  2. Find the Subscription Link: This email contains a link that allows you to manage your subscription directly. Click on it to proceed.

How to change app billing from yearly to monthly

To change your app billing from yearly to monthly, follow these general steps, which vary slightly depending on your app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android):

For iOS (App Store):

  1. Open the App Store App: Go to your device’s home screen, open the App Store, and tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Subscriptions: Tap on “Subscriptions” to see a list of all active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
  3. Select the Subscription: Find and tap on the subscription you want to change.
  4. Choose Monthly Plan: If your app offers both yearly and monthly options, you should see both here. Select the monthly option. You may need to confirm the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Confirm Change: After selecting the monthly option, confirm your choice. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (once the yearly subscription period is complete).

For Android (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Subscriptions: Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Subscriptions.”
  3. Select the Subscription: Locate and tap on the subscription you want to change.
  4. Choose Monthly Option: If your app offers monthly and yearly plans, you should see both options. Choose the monthly plan.
  5. Confirm Change: Follow the prompts to confirm the change. The new monthly plan will take effect after the current yearly subscription period ends.

App freezing or crashing

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with The Miracle Morning app! Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help:

1️⃣ Restart the App – Close and reopen the app to see if that resolves the issue.

2️⃣ Check for Updates – Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can check for updates in the [App Store/Google Play Store].

3️⃣ Clear Cache – If possible, clear the app’s cache in your device settings.

4️⃣ Reinstall the App – Uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its performance.

5️⃣ Restart Your Device – Sometimes, a quick reboot can fix performance issues.

Response: To mark SAVERS as completed, you need to perform all the listed activities for the given journey day. Once every journey activity for that day turns green, the journey day will be marked as complete. Let us know if you need further assistance!
